Initiate your weight loss journey with an initial physician consult through Tele-Health, offering a convenient and accessible entry point to our program.
Baseline Labs Review
Following your consultation, we'll order baseline labs or review recent ones from your primary clinic, tailoring the weight loss plan to your specific health needs.
Medication Guidance
Receive detailed instructions on how to take prescribed medications during the medication delivery process. For injectable medications, you have the flexibility to self-administer weekly injections or opt for professional administration by a Physician or RN (additional fee may apply).
Follow-up Visits
Our commitment to your success includes regular follow-up visits. The frequency and format of these visits, whether through Tele-Health or in-home, will be determined by your provider at the end of your initial assessment.
